Nadal

I watched the last part of the Nadal and Federer match today. Wimbledon final. It does not get better. Five sets and almost five hours hitting it as hard as they could. Just a few strokes separated them, and Nadal had his first win on THE grass.

Afterwards he was interviewed. He had been up by two sets and lost two in a row before he broke Federer late in the fifth. Last year he lost in the fifth. What kept him coming back after losing two this year? "I saw the victory" he said in broken English.

Good word. Can you see the victory? Wherever you are now, be it down two sets, or clinging to life, can you see the victory? It is Him. He has the victory and we are called to see it as we believe in Him no matter where we find ourselves. Faith. It claims the victory. Blessings
