Worshipping Well:The CD

When the Holy Spirit really began to grip my heart in a deep mature way (about 25 years ago); I was given a scratchy old recording on a cassette tape of Dallas Holm. Most of you have no idea who he is. To be honest I can not remember the song, but it warmed my heart. I played it over and over. Music touched my soul. I could feel his heart, his passion, his love for the Lord as he sang. And I did too.

Well the good news is that we are about to go to press with the C.D. we recorded in late August! The hard news is that we are trying to figure out how to put the finishing touches on it and get it to press. So you can pray. (I do not think in the 50+ blogs I have written I have ever solicited prayer before.....it feels good!)

A bit about the CD. I listened to the first five songs that have been completed and mixed on the way to the church Tuesday. It was early in the morning. Just me and you all and we worshipped well. He is a God of power and on the CD I could clearly feel the emotion and joy of the conregation as you cry out to Him.

We are designing a jacket, figuring out pictures and copy and we are praying that this will be used by Him for Him. Thanks Dallas for touching my heart.
