Let all I do
We had a wonderful worship time tonight as we prepared for worship this weekend. One of the songs we will be using is "You are my King." As the vocalists sang the refrain, "Let all I do give praise to You" I thought what a simple request and yet so deep.
Before the final time they sang it, we talked about singing it perfectly. Every note: perfect. Diction: perfect. Volume: perfect. Of course no one can sing perfectly, but we imagined it from our souls.
The heart attitude of your worship leaders tonight was to give the most perfect offering they could to God. "Give of your best to your master" as the old hymn goes. And we all agreed that that it is God who will "let" all we do give praise to Him.
He inhabits the praises of His people. He did tonight and he will this weekend when you join us and together we worship well. Blessings
