Talking

I had a good day today. Good conversations face to face. I know they are more time consuming than texting, emailing or a phone call. But today I was reminded they are better. There is nothing like sitting across from someone and seeing facial expressions, listening, speaking and really connecting.  Marshall McLuhan was right. Every invention is an extension of the human body and when over used it has a cost. 

So can I encourage you to get face to face tomorrow? And tonight you can get face to face with God if you will take a minute and pray as you read His word. Pick up the book. It is close at hand I bet and if you will you will be blessed.
