Remember the Sabbath

We were reminded today to remember the Sabbath and keep it holy. Very hard to do I think in the fast paced environment of A-Town. There is so much going on and so many things to turn our attention to. In fact much of what we have created screams out to us, "Give me your affection" It is the 'best' the created can do, cry out to the creator, "Give me your affection."

We can, have and should cry out to our Creator and He can, has and will give us His affection. And we should return unto Him, with our affection. In fact when we look at what we have created and it looks like it is calling out for affection we should stare closely and see....what is good in it is just reflecting the glory of God. Like the moon reflects the light of the sun.

If we will look back over our shoulders we will see the glory of the one and only, full of grace and truth. The Sabbath day is a great day to do that. Take a look over your shoulder and see the glory of Him who made you. Then promise again to give him your affection.
